Meet Your ADHD & Attachment Therapist

I support people in developing the skills to identify, create, and maintain healthy attachments with others and with self. I believe this is foundational for humans to thrive and face the challenges and stressors of life.

Therapy is a process to improve upon ourselves, not fix damage.

She/They

I work with individuals and family systems determined to break the cycle of abuse, develop healthy internal harmony, and withstand the pain and disorientation of grief and loss.

As a child my world lacked safety, security, and nurturing adults.

Because of this I am myself a cycle-breaker, a healing parent, embodying my gender and sexuality as a queer woman, and capable of withstanding the grief of sudden loss and life changes.

You are a fighter, with the courage to love deeply despite past hurt.

You are deserving of a healthy and safe guide to healing and growth you were deprived of in the past.

I welcome you to our community of self-healers. I would be honored to walk along this path with you.

My clients are those who may identify with the following:

  • You have ADHD and are feeling depressed, worthless, and overwhelmed by the demands of the world.

  • You didn’t receive the affection, safety, and nurturing you deserved as a child and feel this affects your own children.

  • Your life is feeling overwhelming, chaotic, and exhausting as you try to raise a child diagnosed with ADHD.

  • You and your partner(s) want to explore a new relationship structure in an ethical way (like ethical non-monogamy and polyamory) but don’t know where to start.

  • You experienced emotional, physical, or psychological abuse or neglect as a child and fear repeating the cycle with your children.

  • Someone close to you has died and you feel lost, hopeless, and are seeking support to guide you through.

  • An intricate part of your routine, life, or relationship has been lost or taken away and you don’t know what to do.

  • You’re struggling. Plain and simple. And having someone along side you feels like it would help.

  • If you are a sex worker, in the kink or sex positive communities, in non-monogamous/poly relationships, LGBTQA+ folks, or exploring your identity or thinking about joining any of these communities, you are safe and free to be all of you here.
