Neurodivergent-Affirming Therapy

You don’t need to reshape yourself to belong.

You’ve spent a lot of time adjusting — managing how much you show, how you come across, how you impact the people around you. Maybe you’ve gotten good at seeming “fine” while feeling completely overwhelmed inside.

Therapy offers space where you don’t have to manage, explain, or translate. You get to be met as you are, not as someone else needs you to be.

  • Unmasking and reclaiming hidden parts

  • Patterns of masking, people-pleasing, or “over-functioning”

  • Listening to your sensory needs and emotional rhythms

  • Grieving the ways you’ve been misunderstood, overlooked, or asked ot be someone else

  • Navigating relationships with a neurodivergent lens

  • Understanding how shame or self-doubt were created

  • What self-trust looks like when you’ve been taught to override your needs

  • How to build rhythms and structures that feel nourishing instead of punishing

Whatever you bring into the room, we’ll explore it slowly, with curiosity and care.

What We Might Explore Together

My Approach

Therapy with me is warm, steady, and paced with your nervous system in mind.
You don’t need to justify how you feel or earn safety by being “palatable.”
You just need to arrive — with honesty, curiosity, and permission to be fully human.

Through relational therapy and parts work, we’ll gently explore what it might feel like to trust yourself again.

There’s Room for YOU Here

You don’t have to shrink yourself to be accepted.

You deserve support that doesn’t ask you to work harder to be seen. Therapy can be a place to unmask gently, reconnect with your own pace, and begin to feel at home in yourself.
