Young Adulthood
You’re not lost — you’re in the middle of becoming.
There’s a pressure to “figure it all out,” but what if this is a time for unfolding instead? Therapy can be a space where you’re not expected to perform, solve, or know—just to arrive as you are and begin from there.
What We Might Explore Together
Sorting through identity, values, and belonging
Relationship dynamics that feel confusing or unbalanced
Navigating school, career, or major life transitions
Questioning purpose, direction, and others expectations
Grief for the version of life you imagined but didn’t get
Understanding emotional needs and inner conflicts
Learning how to trust yourself and your own voice
Exploring who you are without the pressure to decide
You don’t need to have all the answers. We’ll make space for what’s emerging, what’s uncertain, and what you’re ready to let go of.
My Approach
Therapy with me is relational, exploratory, and rooted in deep listening.
I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), AEDP, and relational therapy to support you in making sense of your experiences, your feelings, and your emerging sense of self.
This work moves at your pace, honoring both the questions and the growth as they naturally unfold.
You’re Not Falling Behind
There’s no timeline you’re supposed to follow.
You’re allowed to take up space, even in the in-between. Therapy can help you honor what’s shifting and trust what’s emerging.
