Welcome To Waystone

A gentle refuge amid life’s shifting paths, where the air feels softer, your load grows lighter, and the world slows down just enough for you to hear yourself more clearly.

This is your time and your space—a chance to take off the mask and just be. At Waystone, I offer more than therapy; I offer space to explore who you are, what you believe, and where you're headed.

Here, you’ll find relational and trauma-informed therapy designed to support young adults in transition—whether you're stepping out of school, home, or old versions of yourself. Through honest reflection and inner exploration, we’ll work together to help you untangle what no longer fits and make room for the person you're becoming. If this resonates, I invite you to explore more about how we can work together.

Courtney Watson, LPC

Living through profound grief and stepping away from an inherited way of seeing the world showed me that healing rarely moves along a straight line. Instead, it often begins with making space - space to question, to feel, and to slowly rediscover what’s true for you.

I draw from Relational Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) to help you reconnect with the parts of yourself that may feel confusing, hidden, or in conflict. Together, we’ll explore what you’ve been carrying, untangle what no longer fits, and nurture the parts of you that feel most true. My style is warm and attuned, with room for both deep presence and honest reflection as needed.

In addition to seeing clients, I offer supervision for associate therapists in Oregon to refine their skills.

Approaches

Integrative & Blended Process

Therapy isn’t a formula; it’s a process that shifts and adapts as you grow. My work is rooted in relational therapy, IFS, AEDP, emotion-focused, grief, and narrative therapy, blending together in a way that is trauma-informed and compassion-centered. There is no single modality that leads to healing or works for everyone—only the one we create together, moment by moment, in the ways that feel most true to you.
